Seeking an experienced closet installer for a high growth business. The company, located in Sarasota, FL is a high-end custom closet business.
Tru Home Pros, LLC is the custom storage solution authority serving the Sarasota/Manatee and surrounded counties area need for custom space organization throughout the home.
We design, sell and install custom closets, home offices, garages, home theaters, pantries, bookshelves and more.
Our products are of the highest quality, due to our increasing demand and growth in the local market we are currently seeking a Closet Installer to install closet organizers for residential and commercial clients.
Create and install complete projects from beginning to end. You must have a good attitude and always be aware that you are working to satisfy each client. We work on Saturdays also if that fits your schedule.
You will be compensated for skill, accuracy and the ability to solve problems and complete the job.
What you will be doing!
As a Closet Installer, you will be “hands-on” managing the field service installation of any number of closets or organizers systems. You are responsible for direct customer service through project completion and client satisfaction. You are bringing the highest level of professionalism and quality of work to every project you undertake. Responsible for alerting scheduling to issues in the field and strategize to eliminate these issues on future jobs. Track your progress and maintain excellence in your workmanship and customer service. Be a team player to get the job done right!
- Installing closets, garage cabinets and other storage solutions in homes
- Ensuring that the quality of all jobs completed is perfect
- Checking designs and ensuring that all materials are properly picked in the warehouse
- Loading and unloading van
- Driving van to job sites
Qualifications:
- Experience with basic power tools
- Strong verbal and listening skills
- Detail Oriented in quality checking every piece of material
- Ability to lift 50-75lbs; reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb stairs, kneel, crouch
- Experience with Crown molding and trim
- Positive attitude and ready to work
- Ability to communicate with customers and provide customer satisfaction
- Valid Drivers license
